And just like that, their deities have made attractive killing their children to most of those who associate others with the Lord to turn back them and to confuse their religion upon them; and if Lord Allah had wished, they would not have done so, so you leave them alone and whatever they are forging.
During Messenger Muhammad's period, Meccan pagans killed their children for many reasons including the injustice that existed in the society towards females and fearing poverty as explained in verses 16: 58-59 and 17: 31. They were justifying that they are doing such deeds as seen from forefathers and to please and satisfy their deities. It is made attractive for the Mushriks to kill their children to turn back them from the natural way of life in Islam, and to make confuse them on the Straightpath.
Today, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar all over the world are only reading these verses. By hiding and rejecting Adhikr, their Jinn soulmate mentioned in verses 43: 36-39 and the hypocritical leaders are whispering to follow the superstitious belief of their forefathers who had strayed away from the true path. The Fujjar belonging to different groups have become true Mushriks as explained in verses 4: 116-117. They are the enemies of the Lord, believers, and the whole of mankind by being involved in all mischievous activities such as killing, terrorism, bloodshed, dowry from the female side, and leading luxurious lifestyles exploiting natural resources. They are claiming that they are the people of Lord and Messenger while they are serving Satan and following his footsteps. So they will have to bear the burden of all evils happening all over the world as told in verses 6: 26 and 20: 99-100. See explanation 4: 31; 5: 32-34, and 6: 112.
